STAFF RESTAURANT
The following menus represent what we intend to serve in the staff restaurant during the festival, but some changes may be necessary. If you have any special dietary needs, you should inform the staffing officers.
The times quoted are approximate and may change, particularly during build and take down. Please check the menus that are posted in the staff rest area each day.

Three Grasmere Farms Lincolnshire pork sausages served in a large Yorkshire pudding
together with mashed potatoes, garden peas and onion gravy made with mild ale.
