Grade II listed thatched riverside pub with extensive boat moorings; built in 1680. Convivial atmosphere. The unusual carved beams are said to have "fallen off a barge" during the building of Ely cathedral. Reopened in March 2010 as a free house and after a major refit. Real ales are expected to be Oakham Ales JHB, Woodfordes Wherry and Greene King seasonals. Bar billiards table.
